I encourage you to ask any questions of me. We will discuss your current organizing struggles, what inspired your phone call, why you want change, if you have support from family and friends, and if you’re ready to implement change now. We will also discuss service options for your time and your budget. This free 30-minute phone call helps us determine if we are suited to work together, and there’s absolutely no obligation. In-Person Organizing and Coaching Consultation
This consultation is great for clients who want someone to work with in their space, side by side. We will work to increase your awareness and understanding of the organizational issues you’re having through a coaching dialogue. We can address the problems, how they affect you or others, and what you might gain in shifting perspective to something new.
We will discuss strategies or solutions and determine the support you need to attain your goal. We will spend some time discussing steps taken since the last appointment and get some learning around your successes and mishaps. I will coach you through the decision of what you would like to work on for the session or continue with an agenda from a previous session. You will always be in control of what we’re doing and where we’re headed. We will spend some focused time working to accomplish our goal.

- The understanding from the coaching component of the session, along with the forward movement provided from the hands-on organizing component make a wonderful environment for creating insight into the strengths and abilities you have.
- Through our partnership we will create systems for your strengths and abilities, and you will build upon these to promote lasting change.
- Together we will create a partnership for accountability, so you have a safe place to measure your progress and discuss additional needs or concerns.
- I will teach you professional organizing principles and secrets and show you how to apply them to your life.
We will work at your pace, so you are comfortable but challenged. If you have any physical or other disabilities, we will take those into account and create a comfortable atmosphere to keep you from getting too tired or overwhelmed.
Telephone Coaching Consultation
Are you able to do the work yourself, but need some help determining what you want, how to get it, how to implement it, and how to proceed? We will create an open, supportive partnership, where you let me know what you need from the coaching; I provide a non-judgmental place to discuss your obstacles and provide you with support and accountability. I will be there to educate you on organizing strategies, services, products and processes.
At each session I’ll ask what you would like to work on. We will discuss your agenda, what you would like to accomplish, what makes it important to you, the timing of it, any support you need to accomplish your goal. We will talk about any incremental steps that need to take place, how to go about getting it done.
Support Group/ Workshop
Dr.Antonia Caretto Ph.D., PLLC and Stacy Rafalko CPO-CD®, COC®
will be co-facilitating two concurrent 6 Week Support Workshops. One is for adults that are chronically disorganized and the other is for adults that acquire excessively, save unreasonably and/or have difficulty discarding items. For both groups each member will select one large project to work on for the duration of the series. You will break it down into manageable pieces and learn how to work through your plan to accomplish your goals with the help and support of your facilitators and group members.
Each of the 6 meetings will be divided into three segments:
- Segment 1-Follow up to learning from work on individual project from previous week. (approximately 30 minutes). For the first week we will spend this time selecting a project.
- Segment 2- Organizational instruction or psycho-education (approximately 45 minutes)
- Segment 3- Project Declaration- working through next segment of project and how it will be accomplished in the week to come (approximately 30 minutes).
This group is by invitation only and will be limited to a pre-determined number of participants.

Speaking Engagements
I love sharing my passion for organizing. I speak to mothers’ groups, MOPS, church groups and more. Topics include: Time Management, Organizing Your Home Office, Kitchen Organization, and Meal Planning and Grocery Help. Call for availability and pricing.
Product Purchases
I encourage all my clients to purchase their own organization products. I will share tips on where to easily locate items and where you can find options. If you are unable to do your own shopping for any reason, I would be happy to shop on your behalf. I charge you exactly what I pay for each item plus a fee for my time.
Referrals
If you need services like counseling, cleaning, painting, computer services, decorating, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing, I would be happy to give you a referral. Note: each service is independent of Organize to Optimize LLC. I cannot guarantee their work or your satisfaction.
Payment is expected at the end of each session by cash, money order, or check. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all sessions. A service fee will be billed if our appointment is not attended or rescheduled with more than 48-hours notice. The service area is within a 30-minute drive from Commerce Township, Michigan. If you are outside the service area, special arrangements may be made for an additional fee.
