Situational Disorganization

Usually brought on by a life-changing event, situational disorganization is marked by a breakdown of previous organization skills and systems. Prior to the event, there were systems in place that worked. The breakdown of the once functional systems can happen gradually or suddenly. You may attempt new systems but are not successful with implementing and maintaining them.

Is this you? If your previous systems no longer support you and you are unable to adapt to new systems, you may have situational disorganization.
